Responsables

Leaders

The responsable system is the critical trust dependency of the whole platform. If that validation fails, nothing else matters.

What a responsable does

  • Coordinates aid within a front or a specific delivery.
  • Receives contributions in a verified account in their own name.
  • Buys, transports and delivers what the need called for.
  • Records what was delivered and uploads the evidence within the window.
  • Keeps the status of the requests they took on current.

How you become one

Ayuda Directa leader application screen, with the form empty
A real view of the application: the application happens there, not on this site.
  1. Application

Made from the application, and private. Neither who applied nor who was turned down is published.

  2. Validation

Identity is checked, along with the real connection to the territory or to the organization being represented.

  3. Approval

Enables the role, and with it the ability to receive contributions directly.

The obligations that come with the role

Coordinating resources is a responsibility, not a privilege. Taking the role means accounting with evidence within the window, never directing resources toward your own interests without declaring them first, and handing the coordination over cleanly if you step away.

Conflicts of interest

Someone coordinating must not direct resources toward an organization, company or person they have a financial or family interest in without declaring it first. Declaring it does not disqualify anyone; hiding it does.
